Denim Shorts — The Sicilian Swede

Hi friends! I am SO excited that I have given The Sicilian Swede a facelift and I'm back to blogging again! I originally started The Sicilian Swede fashion blog in 2014. I'm embarrassed to admit I sort of let life take over and I ended up taking a break from blogging in 2016. I miss it so, so, so much so I made it a priority to get back at it and here we are! YAY!!

Since cooler weather is just around the corner I'm showing you my go-to outfit this fall. I am obsessed with shorts and sweaters. Especially worn with booties.

I have to tell you all how obsessed I am with these denim shorts. They really are the only shorts I wear now. They are One Teaspoon and I got them from Shop Bop. They are high waisted so I also love wearing tight tops with them. One Teaspoon runs their sizes a little bigger so I had to buy one (almost two) sizes down. I also had to get the waist taken in. Typically, high waisted bottoms don't fit me very well. Usually they are perfect in the butt and hips but the waist is always too big. So if you are like me, you'll probably need to get the waist fixed as well. But thats OK bc now they are so perfect and I wear them 24/7 - totally worth it!

This white pullover is straight up comfy! It's oversized and falls off the shoulder, which I love. I got a size small in the white but I'm going to get an XS in the pink so its slightly more fitted. I also want it in black...when I love something and I know I'll wear it I usually will to buy 2 of the same piece or in another color. I wear the sh#t out of pieces I love!!

My floral booties are easily one of my favorites and kitten heels are so easy to wear. They are stretchy so they feel like socks and the heel is so low they are really comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
